คำขอลบข้อมูล

คุณมีสิทธิขอให้ บริษัท ทีบีซีอี คอนเซาแทนต์ จำกัด (TBCE Consultant Co., Ltd.) ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ รวมถึงข้อมูลที่เราได้รับผ่านการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok และแพลตฟอร์มโฆษณาอื่น หน้านี้อธิบายวิธีดำเนินการ
ขั้นตอนขอลบข้อมูล
ขั้นที่ 1 — ส่งคำขอมาหาเรา

ขั้นที่ 2 — ระบุข้อมูลให้เราหาเจอ
- ชื่อ-นามสกุล หรือชื่อกิจการ/โรงแรม
- อีเมลหรือเบอร์โทรที่เคยติดต่อเราไว้
- หากเป็นข้อมูลจากโซเชียล ให้ระบุ ชื่อเพจหรือบัญชีโฆษณา ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระบุว่าต้องการลบ ทั้งหมด หรือเฉพาะบางส่วน
ขั้นที่ 3 — เรายืนยันตัวตนและดำเนินการ
- เราจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลจริง (ป้องกันคนอื่นสั่งลบข้อมูลของคุณ)
- ดำเนินการลบให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ยืนยันตัวตนได้
- เมื่อลบเสร็จ เราจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันผลให้คุณ
ถอนสิทธิ์การเชื่อมต่อด้วยตัวเองได้ทันที
หากต้องการตัดการเข้าถึงทันทีโดยไม่ต้องรอเรา คุณถอนสิทธิ์จากฝั่งแพลตฟอร์มได้เองตลอดเวลา:
- Facebook: การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → การผสานการทำงานทางธุรกิจ (Settings → Business Integrations) → เลือกแอปของเรา → ลบ
- Instagram: การตั้งค่า → เว็บไซต์และแอปที่เชื่อมต่อ → ลบสิทธิ์
- TikTok / Google: เข้าหน้าการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัยของบัญชี → แอปที่เชื่อมต่อ → ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ
การถอนสิทธิ์จะหยุดการเข้าถึงในอนาคตทันที แต่ไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลที่เราเก็บไว้ก่อนหน้าโดยอัตโนมัติ หากต้องการให้ลบข้อมูลเดิมด้วย กรุณาแจ้งเราตามขั้นตอนด้านบน

ข้อมูลที่เราอาจต้องเก็บต่อ
กฎหมายบางฉบับกำหนดให้เราเก็บเอกสารบางอย่างไว้ แม้คุณขอให้ลบ ได้แก่:
- เอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จ — เก็บตามที่ประมวลรัษฎากรกำหนด (โดยทั่วไป 5 ปี)
- บันทึกที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นตามอายุความ
- ข้อมูลสถิติที่ไม่ระบุตัวตนแล้ว ซึ่งย้อนกลับไประบุตัวคุณไม่ได้
ข้อมูลบนแพลตฟอร์มของคุณเอง (เช่น โพสต์บนเพจ หรือข้อมูลในบัญชีโฆษณา) ยังคงอยู่กับแพลตฟอร์มนั้น เราลบได้เฉพาะสำเนาที่อยู่ในระบบของเรา หากต้องการลบที่ต้นทาง ต้องดำเนินการในบัญชีของคุณเองหรือติดต่อแพลตฟอร์มโดยตรง
ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
การขอลบข้อมูลไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และไม่กระทบสิทธิอื่นของคุณ หากคุณไม่พอใจผลการดำเนินการ คุณมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

Data Deletion Instructions
Effective: 9 September 2026 · Last updated: 9 September 2026
You may ask TBCE Consultant Co., Ltd. to delete your personal data at any time, including data we obtained by connecting to your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok or other advertising accounts. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Step 1 — Send us your request

Step 2 — Tell us how to find your data
- Your full name, or your business/hotel name
- The email address or phone number you used to contact us
- For social media data, the page name or ad account concerned
- Whether you want everything deleted, or only part of it
Step 3 — We verify and delete
- We contact you to verify you are the data owner (so nobody else can delete your data)
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of successful verification
- We email you a confirmation once it is done
Revoke access yourself, immediately
To cut off access straight away without waiting for us, you can revoke it from the platform at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select our app → Remove
- Instagram: Settings → Websites and apps connected → Remove access
- TikTok / Google: Account security settings → Connected apps → Disconnect
Revoking access stops any future access immediately, but does not automatically delete data we already hold. To have that deleted as well, please contact us using the steps above.
What gets deleted

What we may have to keep
Some records must be retained even after a deletion request:
- Accounting and tax documents such as quotations, invoices and receipts — retained as required by the Thai Revenue Code (generally 5 years)
- Records needed to establish or defend legal claims, for the applicable limitation period
- Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you
Data held on your own platform accounts (for example posts on your page, or data inside your ad account) remains with that platform. We can only delete the copies held in our systems; to remove it at source, please act within your own account or contact the platform directly.
No charge
Deletion requests are free of charge and do not affect your other rights. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
