1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing viewstay.co, submitting the contact form, or using any of our services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

2. Scope of Services

We provide consulting and management services for hotel and property businesses, which may include:

• Project planning and pre-opening consulting
• Revenue management across online booking channels
• Digital marketing, content and advertising management on social media
• The Viewstay performance reporting system for owners and executives

This website is an introduction to our services. The scope of work, fees, duration and specific conditions for each client are set out in a separate signed quotation or service agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Connecting External Platform Accounts

If you engage us to manage your social media or advertising, you may need to authorise our system to access your accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), TikTok or Google, subject to the following:

• You confirm that you own the account or are duly authorised by its owner
• We will use the access granted only as necessary to deliver the agreed services
• You may revoke access at any time through that platform's settings, or by asking us to disconnect
• Your use of those platforms is also governed by each provider's own terms and policies, which we neither control nor can amend

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or in breach of platform policies
• Not attempt to breach, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Keep any credentials we issue confidential
• Be responsible for the content you supply for publication, including rights to images and text

5. Intellectual Property

Content, logos, user interfaces and software on this website and in the Viewstay system belong to the company or its licensors, and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission. Content you supply to us (images, text, branding) remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to use it for the agreed services.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment milestones and cancellation terms follow each client's quotation or agreement. Media spend paid directly to platforms (such as Meta or TikTok ad spend) is the client's cost and is separate from our service fees, unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services professionally but do not guarantee business outcomes such as bookings, occupancy, revenue or advertising return, which depend on external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for damage arising from:

• Service interruption, policy changes or account suspension by external platforms
• Inaccurate data received from third-party systems
• Force majeure, natural disasters, or network and cloud provider outages

Our aggregate liability is limited to the service fees you actually paid us in the three months preceding the event, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services in cases of unlawful use, breach of these terms, or unpaid fees. On termination we will disconnect your accounts and delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute by negotiation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page and notify contracted clients by email of material changes.
